The rooms were tidy with a good internet connection. the staff were extremely friendly and excellent. It was a nice location close to a business park, a multiplex cinema, and a very light and airy restaurant.

The place was reasonably priced. The venue was fairly clean and spacious. The location in a very quiet area was ideal and there were shopping centres and supermarkets nearby. The room was well laid out and good modern with large beds, nice bathroom plus bath for a fine stay. The staff was very very helpful and efficient, always there to help.

We met great and kind employees.

it was very clean, the breakfast was good, very quiet. A good hotel if you travel by car, no long to Madrid's center if you take the metro.

Convenient location, just a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. 🚶‍♂️ Overall, our stay here was pretty good.

first of all the staff were not proffesional. they did not know what are the events in madrit they were not communicated ..the room when we arrived was not clean the breakfast was extremelous poor and it was not for a 4star hotel.also even it is near metro this is not the undreground and you have to change 3 metro stations in order to go the center

They had American shows on two channels. When I asked for a top ten list the receptionist wrote one out for me.

It was a half mile from the metro stop so I always went back before 22:00. Not a bad area but no one was around. You had to buy to metro tickets into the city center.

Had a comfortable stay during my business trip, with a convenient location close to Kinepolis and only a €15 taxi ride to Madrid.

very good for tourists with a car. a big cinema just near the hotel, so there re plenty of choices for dinner in the surrounding area. try the "RIBS", a very popular American-style restaurant.

The hotel is rather good if you stay for business, nothing is really luxurious, but it's comfortable and clean for a reasonnable price

The room was well-organized with a laptop-compatible safe, minibar, and central heating, and the addition of a bath was a plus for me during my business trip.

We came this hotel by car with nevigation. But, we couldn't find the hotel for 3 hrs and we arrived there at 2:30 a.m. We tried to find it in various ways. The address looks like the hotel is in Madrid. But, it's not. We went to a big hotel in the city center of Madrid and asked where the hotel is. He said it is not in Madrid even though it was not so far from the city center. We should have put "Pozuelo de Alarcón" into the name of the city in navigation. Beside that, we were really satisfied with the hotel. I am definetly going to stay at this hotel again if I visit Madrid again.
